Because all items are custom ordered and sewn, we are not able to offer exchanges or returns at this time. However, if an item is defective, please reach out to CS@winbrook.com or call 978 964 1900, option 1 and we will work with you to get a replacement.
Please allow for a minimum of 15-20 business days for order production and 5-8 business days for shipping. You will receive an email once your order ships from solutionhealthstore@zuse.com with your tracking information. Please note that production and shipping time can fluctuate during peak ordering times.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email CS@winbrook.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
*A $25.00 fee may apply for any cancellations.
